Screaming Blue Movie Reviews is a site for fresh and intelligent criticism of film, DVD, and television. We are not “professional” critics and we are not paid for our efforts. We are instead determined to approach each review and preview with honesty, candor, and fairness. We care enough about film, both as an art and a medium of expression, that we’re tired of ill-considered reviews, bandwagon marketing, and disingenuous hype elevating substandard work to undeserved levels of acclaim. Rather than just bitch about it, we’ve started this site to provide an alternative.
